SMS MESSAGING TERMS & COMPLIANCE
- Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, coaching updates, customer support communications, and program-related notifications to customers who have opted in through our website at fitnessfoodfriends.com, scheduling forms, lead forms, or other approved consent methods.
Opt-in is collected through web forms containing an SMS consent checkbox and/or other compliant consent mechanisms. Messages may include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, coaching communications, support responses, promotional offers, and account-related notifications.
- Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the same number that sent you messages.
